The villa, offering panoramic views of monumental Florence, is situated on the hills south of Florence within a 60-hectare property that includes woods and olive groves. The real estate complex, originally owned by the Medici, Lords of Florence, later passed to the noble De' Benci family. Leonardo da Vinci, a friend of Ginevra de' Benci, stayed here for a long period.

The property can accommodate up to 20 people and consists of the main villa, an annex, a lemon house with laundry facilities, a garden with aromatic plants and roses, a pool, a terrace with a barbecue, a park with a lake, and a private Medieval church.

The villa, dating back to the Medieval period and restored just four years ago by the owners, a family of architects, juxtaposes the austerity of its Medieval architecture with very modern furnishings. The materials used are typical of Tuscan architecture: stone masonry, antique terracotta floors, and ceilings with chestnut beams.

The villa is spread over two floors organized as follows: on the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, two living rooms with fireplaces, a reading room, a professional kitchen with a wood oven, a dining room with a fireplace, a tavern, a staff double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a guest WC. On the first floor, there is a sitting room, seven double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom in travertine marble, and one single bedroom with an internal bathroom in travertine marble.

The annex in the villa's garden is a stone barn consisting of a large living room with a sofa bed and a travertine bathroom on the ground floor, and a loft with a double bed on the first floor.

The villa is a 20-minute drive from the center of Florence and a 5-minute drive from Grassina and Antella, towns with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, and medical services.
